These are some specific things those with depression experience:

* Constant and severe sadness about everything

* Hopelessness

* Insomnia or trouble sleeping

* Irritability

* Trouble concentrating

* Loss of interest in things that once interested them

* Feeling worthless, useless and strangely guilty for no reason at all

* Serious change in weight, one way or the other

* Lack of energy and fatigue

Here I am just sharing my experience with mental health. It's not easy being me but I push through it,  don't matter WHAT. To have change you have to be the change you want in your life. I used to suffer with mild depression and I did something different and changed my situation. i am feeling much stronger for my self, family and my community.

Hair loss is a very difficult conversation to have with anyone. Most of the times we feel a shame and embarrass. I shift you mood and who you are. It is very devastating. Being aware can help through the challenges of the hair loss journey. When I lived in Virginia I worked with Dr. Prenik James and  I learned so much from here about hair loss, she's a trichologist.
