A message from Sally & Debbie about the immediate future of the podcast. 

Steve and Julia have been in ministry together since the day they first met back in 1986.  They got married in 1988 and have four married children and two grandchildren . . . so far! 

They have served together in high school ministry, pre-marital counseling, have launched a newlywed fellowship group, counseled believers struggling with anxiety and identity, as well as marriages, and currently have been hosting a house church of 15 young adults for the past 3 years.

Julia is a therapist and has her own practice called, Meadowbrook Counseling in Suwanee, GA and can be reached at her website: www.meadowbrookga.com  She meets with women 1:1 in every stage of life and her practice allows her to be mobile and meet with women virtually or in their home or other safe place.

Steve also is a counselor and has been walking with men for over 30 years. He has a ministry to men, Bringing Kingdom, and helps men get into their heart and identify the lies they have been believing about themselves and experience the freedom of living as a Beloved Son of the King. Continuing our theme of Love for February, today I am really excited to have on Placida and Eric Brasswell. We work together part-time at Pathways2Life and I am just getting to know them, but every time I am around them, I like them more and more and learn something new. 

They have their own counseling practice and one of the areas they specialize in is counseling couples. They do that together as a couple so their clients get both perspectives as they work together. 

They have had a lot of experience in their personal lives and in working with others about what true love looks like in marriage and what it doesn’t look like.

I have some sad news to share with you. Debbie my friend and co-host of Women of W.I.L.D. has tragically lost her father this past week. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers. I know this is especially hard coming so soon after her mother’s death just over a year ago. She is taking some time to be with family.  If you feel prompted, I think it would mean a lot if you would send an encouraging note through our email, FB, or IG accounts to Debbie. She loves this podcast and our listeners and I think it would be very meaningful to her during this difficult time. 

In the meantime, I plan to keep things going each week with some different guests and interviews. Today I asked a very special WILD Women to come on today. She is someone that -to me - embodies Wisdom, Impact, Love and Dignity. She has been a gift to me the past 3 years and I hope for many years to come.
