Fiona is the President of the National Council of Women of South Australia, National Vice President of the National Council of Women of Australia Inc Ltd, Chair of the Premier's Council for Women, and Governor at St Peter's College. Fiona has enjoyed contributing to South Australian community organisations such as the Australia Day Council of SA as a Board Member and at RPH Adelaide 1197am as a newsreader, where she has advocated for human rights, the environment, homelessness, and domestic violence.
Fiona Dorman believes progressing women's rights in Australia means bringing people to the table who can join in the conversation and combining talents and networks. Fiona wants every woman's voice to count so we can close the gender pay and superannuation gaps, and progress financial security and participation nationally.

About Susan Neuhaus AM CSC
Associate Professor Susan Neuhaus AM CSC is a general surgeon and surgical oncologist with specialty interests in melanoma and sarcoma surgery. She holds dual appointments as Clinical Associate Professor Department of Surgery and Associate Professor Conflict Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences. Dr Neuhaus was one of three finalists for the South Australian nomination for Australian of the Year in 2012.
Dr Neuhaus served in both the Australian Army and Australian Army Reserve. Her operational experience included postings as a Regimental Medical Officer in 1993 when she spent 9 months with the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia. This was followed four years later by several months as Officer Commanding, Health Capability with the Peace Monitoring Group in Bougainville. She later served as Clinical Director and surgeon in the multinational NATO hospital in Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan in 2009.
Dr Neuhaus was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in the 2009 Queen's Birthday Honours for "outstanding achievement in the provision of medical support as the Commanding Officer of the 3rd Health Support Battalion." She retired from the Army in 2010 with the rank for Colonel.

Mandy is a social entrepreneur fiercely passionate about human rights, animal welfare, eradicating poverty and empowering women. She established Global Sisters to democratise entrepreneurship in 2013 - with the goal of creating a scalable and efficient model for supporting women to create an income stream via self-employment, when mainstream employment wasn't accessible.
Mandy's diverse career path over the past 20+ years has spanned the commercial and not-for-profit sectors where she has worked internationally on government business incubation programs in Botswana and New Zealand, as well as for high profile charities including the Hamlin Fistula Hospitals in Ethiopa and locally as National Marketing Manager for the RSPCA.
In 2019, Mandy sat on a panel at APEC Chile in the Women and the Economy Forum and in 2020 was a coach in the global Cartier Women's Initiative. She has also been voted one of the 25 most inspiring and influential people for the for-purpose sector as a Pro Bono Australian Impact 25 winner for 2022, and also won the Judges Award for Innovation on top of this outstanding accolade.

Joanna joined Mellor Olsson Lawyers in 2003 and became a Partner in 2008. She started her career practicing predominantly in negligence claims. Joanna consults to businesses and industry bodies on corporate governance and Directors' duties and provides training in these areas at both Board and individual level.
