The Prophet looks at the haughty looks and arrogant ways of the women in his society which are not walking in accord with Godliness. The he brings an indictment of judgment from God, that they will be humbled, humiliated and brought to desolation. The very vices that they use will be the ones that work contrary to the purpose they desired.
