Are you going into Peri Menopause or have you hit Menopause, do you feel crazy, have symptoms you can't explain….me too!

In this podcast I have the lovely Fiona Frame sharing her journey and perspective of moving into Menopause.

We want to be open and vulnerable and share some of what is happening to our bodies and mind that we can share so you know you are not alone and everyone is different.
Talking about how we can feel feel ripped off and some of us relieved that we have reached Menopause.

I will talk about being at my wits end with what to do, so experimenting with what works and what doesn’t work is all I can do.

Whilst this is really about women, the men in our lives can learn about what its like for us to experience and maybe that will just shed a bit of light and help our loved one's be patient and understanding as we move through this stage of life.
