Fans of the Great British Bake-Off will know Manon Lagrève for her Matcha and White Chocolate biscuit selfie showstopper, and for reaching the quarter finals of the TV baking challenge. But when she's not baking, Manon is a successful technologist with a career in software implementation. In this episode, Anne-Marie catches up with Manon over a Vegan Blueberry cake to discuss how tech has changed her life and her baking - and of course to share some behind the scenes gossip about Britain's favourite baking show.

Way back when the iPod Touch was (briefly) the cutting edge of mobile technology, Jenny Griffiths spotted an opportunity to use images to search the web. She combined this with a love of fashion to create a pioneering engine which powers searches for high street fashion giants such as ASOS, TopShop and Gap. She started out wanting to be an artist - but became a computer scientist, pioneer of machine learning and computer vision, and was awarded an MBE for her services to digital innovation in the fashion industry. In this episode of Women Tech Charge, Jenny talks to Anne-Marie about her journey to STEM success, and why she's started speaking her mind on the issues that matter.

When Michelle Kennedy became a mother, she needed a safe place online to connect with other mums. She couldn't find it... so she built it. Her app Peanut has become an international brand, was featured on the Apple Store as App of the day, and has attracted investment from the likes of Ashton Kutcher. Her story is a masterclass in turning a problem you're passionate about into a successful startup idea, and the power of tech to bring people together.
