Before Women Who Shine begins introducing you to the remarkable women entrepreneurs, leaders, founders, and changemakers of Southwest Florida, we thought you should get to know the women asking the questions.

Welcome to the first of three opening episodes featuring co-hosts Lainie and Lori.

These first conversations are intentionally personal. They are an opportunity to understand who Lainie and Lori are, what has shaped them, what they value, and why they created a podcast dedicated to meaningful conversations with women who are building businesses, leading organizations, creating change, and making an impact throughout Southwest Florida.
