This is my first year to have a grown-up adult working daughter, so I’m happy to introduce for our Mother’s Day special, my daughter Caitlin Carlson. She will actually not walk the stage at Seattle Pacific University until June but she finished in December and had a job waiting for her in January. Caitlin is going to talk to us about her expectations going into full-time work, some of the surprises and whether we ruined her or not growing up with two working parents.
