Iona R. Rudisill is a licensed social worker with more than 27 years of experience combatting varying forms of child sexual abuse. She is clinically trained and brings more than 16 years of expertise in forensic interviewing, including the development of a nationally recognized forensic interviewing guideline specifically for child trafficking. Iona is also an expert in advocating for and providing services to youth and caregivers who have experienced forms of exploitation (e.g. child trafficking, Internet crimes against children). She has established programs and consulted with both statewide and nationally accredited Children’s Advocacy Centers.

Her experiences have positioned her to be appointed and elected on state boards and organizational boards. She currently has a nationally and internationally recognized podcast, “Iona Speaks about Defending Self-Justice” on diverse media platforms. She has presented at several local, national, and international conferences. Wen Hsu is 1st generation Taiwanese American, founder and Chief Transformation Officer at Wen Coaching.

After working 15 years as an engineering leader in the tech industry, Wen became known for her strategic thinking, building self-sustainable teams, and creating empathetic leaders. Gail lives in the Chicago area with her husband and golden retriever. Her greatest accomplishment is her 20-year-old son, a college junior who is a pilot and plays Division II baseball. Gail helps inspire and empower women who lost confidence, feel unworthy from internal or external negative messages and failure learn how to regain self-esteem through self-discovery to overcome imposter syndrome so they can realize their value, take controllable action, and redefine their success.

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines before relocating to Florida, Joanne is now an active duty Logistics Readiness Officer in the United State Air Force.  She is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion and promoting Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) heritage across various platforms. She recently led the Department of the Air Force’s efforts for AAPI Heritage Month and serves as a member of their Barrier Analysis Working Group where she is involved in analyzing data, trends and barriers to identify and address issues impacting AANHPI personnel in the Air Force.

Joanne is committed to supporting and empowering underrepresented communities.  She serves on the Executive Board for Asian Culture and Media Alliance and is a longstanding mentor for Big Brother Big Sister. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Anthropology and a Masters Degree in Forensic Science and was a Medicolegal Death Investigator in the Washington, DC area (Northern Virginia) prior to commissioning in the Air Force. As of September 2022, she serves as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies in California State University – San Bernardino.
