Today we are speaking with Rosa Quitadamo, an Italian agricultural advocate based in Singapore, whose initiatives are making a huge difference for young autistic adults in her local community as well as in her condominium. In recent years Rosa has been dedicated to sustainability projects in Singapore and Italy where she is an advocate for her family’s olive grove in Italy.  She believes that we can live in a world where we have high quality food, treat growers fairly and have enough for everyone.

Today I am very happy to speak with Liv Siegl, founder of the Letters of Light Project- supporting women worldwide with their maternal mental health.  Liv is a mental health advocate, a best selling author of ‘Bonkers’, and an expert advisor to the WHO on global mental health. Liv is a mum of two and is passionate about changing the world of maternal mental health for the better for her daughters and the generations of women to come.

Today I am very excited to speak with Jacqui Manoukian, the co-founder of youforher, a Morrocan-Australian social enterprise that ethically sources and sells 100% pure organic argan oil for both beauty and culinary usage and has a mission of ‘creating a profit for purpose’. youforher’s core purpose is sharing kindness in the world, with a focus on women equality, giving back over half its profits to supporting the empowerment and education of girls and women in Morocco. Jacqui hails from Australia and has an engineering degree from The University of Newcastle and spent several years working globally in management consultancy. Jacqui is also a photographer, explorer, and all round positive energy force.

Today's interview is with Dr. Claudia Seymour, an applied social researcher and author with over 20 years of experience, working in conflict-affected environments in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her research focuses on Sustainable Development Goal 16- Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and specialises in youth, child protection, resilience to armed violence, children’s disarmament, demobilisation and re-integration, and young people’s engagement with violence. Her book, 'The Myth of International Protection', is based on a decade of her work as an international protection actor and researcher and tells the stories of young Congolese surviving violence, and reflects on how international aid can do harm.
