If you watch a lot of women's racing (which, if you're here then probs) then this week's guest's voice might sound familiar!

Dani Christmas is a former pro who retired in 2021. Since then, she has gone on to commentate on some of the biggest races in the sport, such as the Tour de France Femmes, as well as taking up a DS role for UK-based team CAMS-Basso.

We spoke to Dani about her pro career, how she fits everything in, and how her two post-career endeavours complement each other.

This week we spoke to our friend and colleague Betsy Welch. Betsy is a journalist at Velonews but she is so much more than that. She's a gravel rider, adventurer, and all-round legend and before becoming a cycling writer she was a nurse. We first met Betsy at the Tour de France Femmes and we instantly fell for her infectiously fun demeanour and her outlook on life.
