imagine a life where you are no longer enjoying your work.
Where the things you would rather avoid doing are the only things on your to-do list. A role where you're run ragged for less than what you are paying some of your members of staff. And they seem to be caring a lot less about their work, about the business than you are, and yet you are paying them more.
You are running around and you're doing things. You're fundamentally doing things which aren't within your natural skill set aren't the things you set out to be doing. When you set up your business and you've got yourself in this cycle. You've kind of got this yourself on this hamster wheel of implementation that you certainly didn't want to end upon.
You're not necessarily sure about how to get. For some people, this is their post growth reality.
