This liberating panel discussion, in support of World Menopause Day, brought together an empathetic panel - including gynaecologist, Miss Tania Adib; GP and hormone specialist, Dr Sohére Roked; and meditation and lifestyle coach, Dr Padma Shankar Coram - to explore the latest treatments, techniques and therapies that can put us back in control.
The aim? To provide answers to the questions that often go unspoken; while empowering us to take charge of our physical and mental health – today, but also in the future.
