For others, it’s about what’s going on internally: like boosting our metabolism, balancing our hormones or biohacking our way to a more resilient body. But with countless, ever-sophisticated ways in which to do so, how can we “power up” – safely but also sustainably?

In partnership with Biolite, Emerald Laser and SofWave, this inspiring panel discussion united three trailblazing UK experts: including Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year, Dr Yusra Al-Mukhtar; Harley Street dermatologist, Dr Derrick Phillips; and Biolite founder and integrative health advocate, Mona Mirza.

Together, we explored the wellness trends of the future – from neurocosmetics to regenerative therapies; longevity medicine to mental health – while discovering the most results-driven routes to looking, and feeling, recharged.

This forward-thinking panel discussion brought together three body-focused experts – including aesthetic doctor and regenerative specialist, Dr Aggie Zatonska; venous surgeon and pioneer, Professor Mark Whiteley; and resident Doctor in sport and exercise medicine at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Dr Bevin McCartan – to explore proven routes to enhancing posture, lowering stress and even reshaping our physiques.

From regenerative treatments and limb-perfecting protocols, to the role of hands-on techniques, we discovered how to find physical strength and resilience – both inside and out.

Sleep is a human necessity: it governs our mood, how we perform, our tendency to anxiety, and even our digestion. In partnership with DIOME – and ahead of the clocks going forward – we posed a simple question: how can we ensure a more restful night’s slumber – and what role do our skincare routines, circadian rhythms and nutrition really play?

We were joined by an insightful panel of wellness experts – including celebrity facialist, Sarah Chapman; sleep expert and DIOME lead scientist, Dr Maria Jencikova; and nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, Rose Ferguson – who shared the latest knowledge into sleep optimisation: from the power of aromatherapy and topical ingredients, to the role of systems biology, as well as the lifestyle amends that can better support our sleep architecture.
