Grace Gong is the founder and host of Smart Venture Podcast where she interviews top tech companies’ founders, C-level/VP level leaders and investors about career development. She worked in VC and PE firms focusing on consumer tech and real estate investment. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she is eager to learn from the world’s top talents. Grace shared how American entrepreneurs created their companies in her first book, The Last Key To Success, with 21 founders featured on Forbes 30 under 30 in 2016. In 2017, she interviewed 22 investors who were featured on the Forbes Midas List for her second book How To Be A VC (Amazon No.1 New Release in Venture Capital Category) on how they invested in companies like Facebook, Apple, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. She is passionate about learning and sharing the knowledge she learned from top founders and investors in Silicon Valley.

She is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, a TEDx speaker, and an online learning designer. In 2016, she was selected in the Scottish national scheme "Scotland Can Do" to take part in the MIT & Harvard business programme focused on scaling companies.
Since then, Ekaterina has been developing Amolingua around the globe, building the team, and focusing on the Latin American market.
Ekaterina dedicates her time to teaching and experimenting with content for language learning. She is passionate about languages and cultures. She still finds time to learn languages for specific purposes, currently, she speaks 9 at different levels, and you can check out her entertaining podcast "Adventures of a curious linguist" about her global travels and linguistic discoveries.
Ekaterina has been training top speakers across the world from TEDx to Singularity University to present their innovative ideas in foreign languages. She is on a mission to create a better connected multicultural multilingual world.
