In this podcast, Briara talks about how she moved past her old mindset and way of operating and trusted in herself to grow. After she began trusting in herself, she allowed for time and discipline the new her. This new self is one that she is the proudest of and even though she is proud of her progress, she continues to learn, grow, and evolve.
