Vandana Bhalla, Corporate Broker of Signature Real Estate Group, has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. Vandana started her career in real estate as a commercial broker and very quickly moved her focus to luxury and high rise real estate. Throughout her career, Vandana has specialized in all aspects of the real estate industry including luxury, high rise, short sales, REOs, commercial, property management, and multi-family properties. Her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients and her agents. As a Broker, Vandana is certified as a Minority Woman Owned Business through the National Association of Women in Real Estate Business (NAWRB). She is committed to providing her agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. She takes her responsibility as a Broker seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. She not only graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Masters in Education but has also earned many certifications and designations including REALTOR® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), NAR's GREEN Certification, Commercial Real Estate Certificate (CREC), Five Star’s REO Certification and she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.
