The death of music legend and pop-culture icon Ozzy Osbourne has sparked a series of conspiracy theories and strange behaviors. Some claim he died suddenly from a covid-shot even though their evidence is a 2021 report, meaning it must have taken 4 years to work? Others are trying to find the occult symbols that foretold his death without realizing the “Prince of Darkness” was a persona. Ozzy was actually a Christian and a practicing member of the Church of England even back in the 1990s. Yet, some Christian influencers are claiming he just heard the gospel prior to his death. Other Christians are organizing prayers for his soul which they assume is burning in hell. The irony in this is just delightful: one, Jesus tells his followers to pray internally and never make it a public spectacle; two, Christians are not supposed to judge others from surface level optics. In other words, Ozzy was probably a more devout Christian than the self-righteous trying to profit off his name and image. Besides, read his lyrics and compare them with contemporary pop-music. It is in the latter where one will find the devil.
