Today is April 8th; it happens to be National Zoo day, national empanada day and national All is ours day. In today's episode we will talk about ways you can celebrate national all is ours day as this day is designed to create wonder by challenging us to enter into a state of extreme gratitude.
National all is ours day can be celebrated 1 of 3 ways or if you prefer you can celebrate it all 3 ways.
***If you listen to the entire podcast episode at the end of the episode I add a personal 4th way to celebrate this national holiday.***
1. Be in complete appreciation and gratitude for nature and in doing so you will discover the wonders of the natural world and behold its beauty.
a. Since the world is on COVID-19 "Lockdown" this can be done by taking a walk around the block and seeking the small pieces of nature that
are so beautiful and joyous. It is spring time so I am sure there are lots of blooming flowers!
b. Or YOU can take a virtual tour to any of the U.S. National Parks and virtually enjoy and appreciate nature.
2. Appreciate and be grateful for everything YOU have big or small.
3. Share the things you do have with the world. Whether it's your material objects, your prized possessions, your secret sauce or your treasures and
talents.
This national holiday can be celebrated individually and we can create individual gratitude, appreciation and wonder amongst our self and this day can be celebrated collectively and we can create a sort of collective sense of appreciation and wonder.
