Esteban's Bio
Welcome to the healing journey called LIFE.
My name is Esteban, and I invite you to join me on this path of growth and transformation. With more than 15 years of experience in the dental field, including dental surgeries, heading departments, dental assisting, and administrative training, I have honed my skills in various facets of healthcare. Transitioning into the psychological, emotional, and well-being industry, I have earned a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and received specialized training in Somatic Therapy and mental health first aid. Recently, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training to further my own healing and extend support to my community.
Throughout my own journey, I have witnessed how past experiences can trap people in cycles of shame, anxiety, stress, and depression. I am an extremely positive individual who believes that every chapter of our lives offers valuable lessons. My greatest strength lies in my infinite compassion and my deep understanding of the unnatural societal conditions we navigate.
I firmly believe that those suffering from trauma don't need immediate solutions; they need to be heard and understood. By creating a space where inner wounds can be acknowledged and tended to, we pave the way for true healing. Join me, and together we can embark on a journey towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.

What Bukko, the Zen Buddhist Monk, taught us about finding forgiveness for ourselves when we look into the heart of our enemy.
"When you look into the heart of your enemy, you will see there is no enemy at all."
Join me, Alice Crawley, in this episode I talk about why owning vs denying spiritual disease is our key to empowerment, enlightenment and freedom.
Join me, Alice Crawley, in this episode, I discuss spiritual solutions to help us reconnect, recover, and reclaim ourselves in a mad modern world.
In this episode, I answer a common question I get asked: Why did I write this book? "On The Way To Wonderland" is my journey from being financially messed up to finding freedom.
As Lewis Carroll wrote in "Alice in Wonderland," “Very few things indeed were really impossible.” My own trip down a deep rabbit hole began years ago, and in 2004, I hit rock bottom emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially.
Having suffered from anxiety, anorexia, ADHD, and multiple overdoses, I found myself in the grips of hard addiction and serious debt, owing more than $180,000 on my credit cards.
