Matthew's Christmas Story presents compelling evidence that Jesus is the Messiah King promised long ago by the Old Testament prophets and challenges us not only to believe in Jesus but also to worship and serve Him as our Savior and Sovereign King. Matthew 1:1--2:6

Jesus Christ is both the means and the end of Christianity, and we get to apprentice under Him as we look to become more like Him. Philippians 3

Paul's desire for the Philippians is that they would pursue unity through humble selfless service. Pointing to Christ's incarnation, he shows that Christ is the ultimate example for us to follow. Philippians 2

The joy we experience by following Christ is worth the suffering we are promised by following Christ. The Philippians were a tremendous source of encouragement and joy to the apostle Paul as he faced suffering for the sake of Christ. Philippians 1:8-9, 12-13, 27

As Christians, we are running the race of faith. It is a marathon so we must run with endurance. How do we do that well? What things do we need to be aware of as we run? What help and encouragement does Scripture provide? Hebrews 11:39-12:2

The Kingdoms series ends in a very dark place, God's chosen people have been exiled from their land and the forces of evil seem to be winning. Thankfully, God is writing the story and this isn't where it ends! 2 Kings 17:7-11, 2 Kings 21:10-15, 2 Kings 23:1-3

Elisha shows spiritual realities to his fearful servant and then shows grace to his captive enemies in way that challenges believers and unbelievers to recover their spiritual sight and see God for who He is. 2 Kings 6:8-23

King Solomon's reign starts off great, but his divided heart leads to a divided kingdom in the end. We'll look at how we can live and finish well with undivided devotion. 1 Kings 11
