Hour 1 - After making some minor changes addressing the Supreme Court's recent "presidential immunity" ruling, Special Counsel Jack Smith has refiled the charges against Donald Trump.

Shawn Steward of AAA/Kansas tells KNSS News the cost to travel is down 2 percent from last year. Gasoline is cheaper this year, down 51 cents from a year ago. Kansas gas is 30 cents a gallon less than the national average

The Sedgwick County Commission has approved its budget for next year. Commission Chair Ryan Baty tells KNSS News the budget process for the County is a big job, with 46 departments, that begins in February and ends in August. 

Many reports coming in about a very large mammal being sighted in the Wichita metro area.  Not a very common place to see an elk, but we are getting elk sightings.
