Lily Wu takes the gavel as Wichita's new mayor this evening at City Hall. Brandon Whipple lost to Wu in the election in November. Whipple tells KNSS News it's been an "absolute honor" to serve as mayor the past four years.  The outgoing Mayor joins us on Mondays with the Mayor.
