Hour 1 - A fire that started Tuesday afternoon at a recycling plant in the eastern Indiana city of Richmond was emitting toxic smoke and has forced evacuation orders for about 2,000 people as it is expected to burn for days.  Local and national news and sports on Steve and Ted in the Morning.

It's almost a year since Sedgwick County moved its administrative offices out of the courthouse building on Main Street to the former Bank 4 building at Douglas and Broadway. County Commission Chair Pete Meitzner commented on the County's options during his weekly chat with Steve and Ted in the Morning on KNSS.

El Dorado's Numana is joining with The Outreach Program out of Des Moines, Iowa in a move to expand their mission to provide food to the hungry and safe water, medical care, and education to children and those in need. Hour 3 - The Wichita Board of Education voted to extend the contract for Superintendent, to Kelly Bielefeld. The vote was he next step in replacing outgoing Superintendent Dr. Alicia Thompson who is retiring at the end of the school year.
