Memphis officials are still handing down punishments for the death of a man beaten by Memphis Police.  And Police aren't the only first responders being punished after the incident.  We get the latest on the story from Fox News correspondent Eben Brown.

Train service we don't have to travel to Newton for?  Sedgwick County Commission Chair Pete Meitzner attended a special meeting Monday of local, state, and federal officials to discuss the plan to return rail passenger service to Wichita; connected to Newton on the north and Oklahoma City on the south. And Commissioner Meitzner joins us every Tuesday morning on Steve and Ted in the Morning.
