The fellas are back another week with another episode of this thang known as Wooisms. Woo and Big Hes are holding it down as J_Eezey had to be away this week. After mental checks, the fellas dive into a heavy topic that hasn't been tapped on lately and that is being black in America. This topic we discuss the media coverage that surrounded the young black king Jelani Day and the white girl Gabi Patito, both went missing and how searches and the media handled both situations. After the break, we jump into black football classics and our favorite black classic songs that we think about during these times. We hit on the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we let Crime Mob close us out with a top five HBCU classic, Knuck If You Buck. Don't forget each and every Saturday nights from 10pm-12 am the new episodes of Wooisms drops on Nspire U on Air and the replay on Fridays during the same time. Also, head over to www.wooisms.com for all the latest updates and merchandise. As always peaux up, light the hookah, sit back and enjoy this thang known as Wooisms.
After weeks of being away, J_Eezey has finally rejoined Woo and Big Hes to make the Wooisms trio complete. One thing for sure is Woo and Big Hes lets J_Eezey feel it too because the jokes are flying on him the entire episode. We hit the room and go over mental checks and because J_Eezey has been away with the job, he is not in the best mental state which prompts Woo to talk about dealing with the unprofessional "professionals". After the break the fellas talk about the recent lives lost due to fentanyl overdoses which led to the conversation about dealing with addictions. We then have the Woosah Moment of the Week and then let T.I. and Young Thug take us out with About the Money. Don't forget each and every Saturday nights from 10pm-12 am the new episodes of Wooisms drops on Nspire U on Air and the replay on Fridays during the same time. Woo and Big Hes are back this week with this thang called Wooisms. J_Eezey couldn't make it in this episode but the fellas held it down. Since this is episode 81, the T.O. episode Woo talks about the hate T.O. has for Donovan McNabb and Big Hes relayed it back to McNabb choking in the Super Bowl. This prompts Woo to ask Hes about a time where he dropped the ball, fumbled, and choked. After this the fellas discuss their mental and they are not in the best of moods. After the break, the fellas discuss 9/11 and their feelings surrounding since the episode would have aired after 9/11 and it is the twenty year anniversary. Of course we come with the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we close out with Chad Kroeger's Hero. After a week hiatus, the fellas are back with this thang called Wooisms. After a mental check, Woo opens up about battling with Covid and how it felt getting the news and experiencing the Covid and making it through. Big Hes talks about how he felt when Woo gave them the news that he wasn't able to record. After mental checks, Big Hes brings up the Trick Daddy interview on Drink Champs and how he enjoys when a woman eats his booty. This starts a dialogue that was rather funny amongst the brothers. Then the conversation goes into prostate exams and black people not wanting to have certain conversations. After the break, Big Hes brings up the finesse of Bishop Sycamore Football Team and ESPN which prompted Hes to ask about a time when either we finessed or got finessed. We then bring the Woosah Moment of the Week and then close out the episode with Without Me by Eminem. After weeks of hit and miss, the fellas are back together in the same space and it was well needed also Woo and Big Hes let J_Eezey know they miss him by letting the jokes fly. First and foremost we go around the table and do a mental check on each other because it was needed. All the brothers gave their mental scores and we are at a average of 7 out of 10. With the mental checks the brothers talk about how to know when to check themselves and scale back. Woo brings up how people are so skeptical or how people act when they hear you sneeze or cough because of The Rona and some interactions he has faced. J brings up when is it ok for the mentee to surpass the mentor and his thoughts on that. After coming back from the break, Woo and Big Hes introduces the topic of relationship and marital etiquette. Woo gives an example of something recent and wanted to get the brothers feedback. This conversation is strictly from the views of the male and would love a females perspective in the neat future. We tap in with the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we close out with Rich Homie Quan and let him Walk Thru. Don't forget each and every Saturday nights from 10pm-12 am the new episodes of Wooisms drops on Nspire U on Air and the replay on Fridays during the same time. For this week, we were blessed to have two of our brothers from OffSafety Podcast, DJ Lenny and Trell. From the beginning when the intro dropped, it was literally downhill from there lol. When these two podcasting worlds collide, it is trouble. As always, we had to do a mental check around the room and it was a little heavy with a Wooisms spin on it. The main message from the mental check in this week as always is check on your people. From there the brothers go into discussions/arguments and Woo being petty. Good topic came up. Are spouses the only one that really knows how to press your buttons to get you there? After about two breaks we come back and ask the question of what can happen to be on grounds of cutting friends off? You know we had to drop the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we let Rick Ross close us out with I'm Not a Star.
This week Woo and Big Hes are back together in person with J_Eezey joining in through a call. The fellas get serious Woo style this episode and talk about death and being prepared or having their families prepared for the inevitable. After the break, the fellas are joined by friend to the room and class of 2004 John L. LeFlore graduate, Dr. ShaRhonda Watkins. They talk about the state of the vaccination and Covid 19. We also touch on the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we close out this week with T.I.'s Be Easy. Don't forget each and every Saturday nights from 10pm-12 am the new episodes of Wooisms drops on Nspire U on Air and the replay on Fridays during the same time. This week the fellas are out here adulting which has put them all in different locations so the episode will come to via zoom. Just because its a zoom episode doesn’t mean that Wooisms is not Wooisms. The recording of the episode fell on J_Eezey’s birthday which Big Hes introduced the first topic which was how different do we move at age 35, than we have previously. Woo said he was labeled as the bad family member and asked the fellas are they considered the bad family member or bad parent. The fellas also talked about Sha’Carri Richardson and the weed incident which the fellas talk about decisions we made and we knew it was wrong. Of course we had to hit the Woosah Moment of the Week and then we let Gnarls Barkley close us out with Crazy. The episode opens up with the fellas code switching while conducting job phone calls. After opening the episode properly with a mental check, somehow the fellas venture down a rabbit hole and discuss strippers and Big Hes breaks down the different tiers and levels of strip clubs. After the break, the fellas resume the conversation about places and area to travel. Can't forget about the Woosah Moment of the Week.
