He takes up his cross daily. Taps the resourcefulness of God. Keeps himself and the wicked one does not touch him.  He routinely needs the presence of the Lord.

Be vison driven; not memory driven. Burn the bridges to the old lifestyle. Establish prayer as a top priority. Center on the ability of God, not the inability of man.
