I know 14 minutes seems long, but you can do it! Give God 14 minutes, Let Philippians 4:6-9 sink into your heart. Begin to "do the work" to take hold of the Peace That Passes Understanding.
Philippians 4:6–9 (NLT)
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
9 Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.

Hebrews 4:1–3 (NLT)
1 God’s promise of entering his rest still stands, so we ought to tremble with fear that some of you might fail to experience it.
2 For this good news—that God has prepared this rest—has been announced to us just as it was to them. But it did them no good because they didn’t share the faith of those who listened to God.
3 For only we who believe can enter his rest . . .
A life-changing prayer for your day. It's just a 30-second prayer, prayed twice. But if you let it sink in, if you embrace it, look out. God bless your day. - Pastor Dave
