The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the lives of many including our youth. In the midst of the difficulties, young people are looking for coping mechanisms to deal with their fears and anxieties. In our word for the day, the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4 reminds us that prayer is the antidote to our worries and when we pray God provides the peace we need.
