When Paul is questioned about his authority and credentials, he seizes the opportunity to remind the Corinthians, "we're not the hero of the story, Jesus is!"

As Paul gets to the real meat of this letter, he first shares about a misunderstanding that was causing all sorts of doubts and assumption in the church. How he does this also provides a roadmap for us as we have lots of opportunity to assume and jump to conclusions about one another today.
