Hi Folks and welcome to part 3 of our series. Today we’ll be talking about how God’s love can reign over our present. God’s great mercy became a transforming reality through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This mercy is a result of God’s love for us and this love invites us to live differently in the present. It’s not going to be easy but we must renew the way we think, and in doing so, we will discover God’s will for us in the present. Join us today and let’s find out more. Hi Folks and welcome. Jesus Christ demonstrated His love for humanity by sacrificially giving His life on the cross and resurrecting from the dead. Because of this incredible act of love, those who are in Christ have become new creations. All of our past mistakes, sins and miscues have been covered by the blood of Jesus. Our past no longer defines us—it no longer has to weigh us down. We can decide to get past our past by believing in the forgiving love of Jesus. Stay tuned and we’ll tell you more! Hi Folks and welcome to Easter Sunday. As Jesus was being crucified, the soldiers mocked Him by placing a crown of thorns on His head and placing a sign over His head that read “King of the Jews.” They did not see Him as the true King who rules and reigns. After Jesus’ resurrection, He revealed Himself to His disciples and because He defeated death, He claimed all authority over heaven and earth. It was Jesus’ love for us that held Him on the cross. His love reigns in our lives when we put our faith, hope, and trust in Him. Thanks for watching! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.

Hi Folks and welcome to Palm Sunday. History is filled with examples of people who started out humbly, rose to great popularity and came to the end of their life in utter humiliation. In the sermon today, we’ll see a similar example. Jesus, the son of a carpenter, educated in Nazareth, one who gained favor with men, one who was cheered and praised, would soon be mocked, scorned and cast aside by the same ones who did the cheering. So why did the cheering stop? We’ll answer that and more during our time today. Stay tuned and thanks for watching! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.
The Bible is full of stories about great men and women of faith who went through times of doubt and questioning. Doubt is a normal and predictable part of the Christian experience. Today we’re going to examine 3 spiritual arenas where faith does battle with doubt: 1) Doubting God’s Identity; 2) Doubting God’s Plan and 3) Doubting God’s Power. Let’s do this. Thanks for watching! Hi Folks. This is the last sermon in our series and we have an immensely important topic to tackle and that is Unity. It’s hard to think of something we need more desperately in our culture right now than unity. We are as divided a nation as we’ve ever been and unfortunately it doesn’t look like the end is in sight. The truth is, when we gather together as one, in the name of Jesus, anything is possible, even unity. Thanks for listening! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.
Today we’re going to talk about a really challenging topic – resisting temptation. And on that journey we’re going to spend some time talking about three sources of temptation, the sequence of temptation and the strategies to resist temptation. Friends this train is leaving the station for Bible study town so let’s go...all aboard!!! Thanks for watching! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.
Hi Folks. Today’s message is a simple and powerful one. Simply stated that message is: We are stronger together than we are alone. The church gathers for strength. There are several passages of Scripture we’re going to look at as we discuss the strength we experience when we gather together. Stay with us...you’ll be glad you did. Thanks for watching! In Galatians 5:16-25 the Apostle Paul asserts that we should put on our walking shoes and keep in step with the Spirit. You know there’s a trend that’s been around for quite some time and still very popular called “power walking.” It is somewhere between a leisurely beach stroll and a hundred-yard dash. In today’s study, we’ll talk about the best kind of “power walking”—walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. Stay tuned to find out more. Thanks for watching!
