"And the Spirit of the Lord will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man. When a pilot is learning to fly, he must learn a new way of life. Pilots speak a different language, they are held to a different standard, and it is vital that every pilot know how to read, interpret, and rely on his instruments because up above the clouds, his senses will lie to him. In the same way, living a life of faith requires focusing on the Word of God and not going by what you see, hear, or feel. If you master this aspect of faith, you will soon be riding on the high places of the earth.

In our lives, there are things that are meant to be left behind as we step into all that God has for us. There are steps that He has outlined in His Word to help us leave behind and forget the former things so that we can raise a new standard for ourselves and others. What is holding you back today?
