A connection is a relationship in which a person, a thing or idea are linked! One thing linked to another! The Game Red Rover comes to mind! If you are connected to a weak link you can be pulled away! Your connection affects your staying power. Offence will disconnect you quickly, so don't give it an opportunity to! So what is your strongest connect? It should be to God! You are a link in the chain of God's family. A connection is a link, what links them together?

God created us to be connected to each!

Attend to my words. They are life to those who find them. God tells us there are things that will destroy us if we mess with it. So why wouldn't we take Him at His word? More than once He encourages us to attend or pay attention to his word and then do what it says. Doing God's word will change your life.

Unity is the goal, but unity is not always easy to achieve. Pastor encourages us to be diligent in keeping the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace. Jesus said he was going to build His church and he is doing that with us!

Stephen asks two questions. Do I know what it means to soar, and if I am not soaring how can I start? Wings are necessary to fly. How do we soar in our daily lives? Our wings are our faith. It is how we get off the ground and soar. Remember momentum comes from the things we mediate on. If we can imagine it and believe it, we can achieve it.

Heb 4:16 tells us in the Throne of God that mercy is received. Mercy ensures that we do NOT get what we deserve. Grace enables us to get what we DON'T deserve.

Without understanding Mercy and Grace believers often live below what God has provided.

Having the right ingredients, results in stuff tasting good. If you have a good steak you want to chew on it for a while. The same thing is true with the word of God. God's word is the recipe for the abundant life

Jesus can relate to anything a person would be dealing with. Heb 4:16 instructs us to come into the Throne of God's Grace together. Invite someone to join you as you enter the presence of God to receive mercy and find grace.

Regardless of what is going on you can walk in peace. The peace of God has been given by the Lord Jesus Christ to guard our hearts and minds. John tells us that in a hurricane the eye of the storm, which is the center of the storm, is the calmest part. So remember there can be a storm all around you and you can be in peace!

The Easter Service was a mixture of music, drama and personal testimony. We include the testimonies of Tammy Rodriquez and Dave Handsaker on how God has brought change forth in their life.

We need to show God's love to everyone. Do we allow things to get in the way of loving our brothers and sisters in Christ? Self interest is one of those things that get in the way of loving others.
