I am not a Pastor, and agree with God's word that women are not supposed to be Pastors.  However, It is perfectly acceptable and Biblical for women to lead Bibles studies outside the church, and especially if it is a viable avenue for study of the Word on a daily basis, paving the way for all of us to be closer to the Lord and become more knowledgeable of the Bible.
