Happy New Year!

Each January I choose a Word of the Year.  It sets the tone for the next 12 months and acts as a guidepost.  It has been a powerful practice that I have done for years.

New Year's Resolutions come and go quickly but a Word of the Year is something that can help you light the path toward any goal.  It's more a FEELING than an action and it's transformative.

Today I share why I believe this tool is so powerful and also I will tell you my 2024 Word of the Year.  I invite you to choose a WORD as well.
