Soo grateful for inner encouragement to just keep trying. i don’t have to be tied to feel like I have to practice- in the same way it is no pressure for me to feel obligated to dig holes in my garden- it is all just needful expression no matter how it sounds- no matter where the dirt is flying

Gaining some awareness of the toxicity in perfectionism, and moving through the motions to overcome it in some stride
