One of the most important things to remember is that you can't do this wrong - you can search "word of the year" or look at a list of core values to help you get started, and when you find a word that makes you feel nervous and excited at the same time, that's probably it! Even if you find after a few months that your word isn't what you thought it would be, here's the great news: you can choose a new word! You're still learning more about yourself and what works for you, and there's no such thing as a mistake with this tool.
