How are we redeeming the time God has given us?
In today's episode, we talk about questions we can ask ourselves to help re-direct our planning in keeping God first in everything.
As we plan our day to day lives, keep this forefront...in Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus says: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Psalm 25:4-5:
Make me know Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day.
Today's health tip: Take one step at a time, keep God first in every pursuit.
Words themselves cannot come close to revealing God's power, but there are a few that give us a little glimpse:
Powerful words such as Omniscient (knowing everything), Omnipresent (everywhere at the same time), and Omnipotent (having unlimited power).
This is the One who created and fashioned every one of us, uniquely, beautifully, and wonderfully. We are loved with an everlasting love!
"Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created." Revelation 4:11
Today's health tip: Check the ingredients!
The Lord knows you intimately - every single cell of your body, every hair of your head. Let those two realities alone sink in for just a moment...what an amazing and most holy God He is!
Psalm 144:3-4:
O LORD, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You think of him? Man is like a mere breath; his days are like a passing shadow.
Psalm 8:9:
O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!
Today's health tip: Make your bed everyday!
Who am I, and what is this podcast all about?
To all my sisters out there, let's stop filling our minds with the worldly (so-called) 'wisdom' as we care for these bodies God has given us. Let's dive into who the Lord Jesus says. Only then will we have good judgment and discernment to know what is of the Lord, and what isn't.
He has promised to help us, even in our physical lives.
Isaiah 40:28-29:
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power.
