Taking Back Your Energy | Boundaries, Self-Discipline & Intentional Living | Worldly Set Podcast
Where is your energy going, and is it being invested in the places, people, and experiences that truly deserve it?
In this episode of Worldly Set, we explore how our energy becomes divided across so many areas of life, from work and home responsibilities to our love lives, social connections, digital presence, and even the everyday interactions that often go unnoticed.
Sometimes, our frustration with a lack of reciprocation isn't just about one person or one situation. It's the result of energy we've already poured into countless areas of our lives, leaving us feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our own needs.
So, how do we take that energy back?
It starts with self-awareness. We must be willing to assess where our energy is going, evaluate what our current commitments and connections truly deserve, and become intentional about where we want to invest ourselves moving forward.
In this conversation, we explore the importance of setting boundaries, practicing self-discipline, and taking personal responsibility for managing our energy. We also discuss the reality that not everyone will understand or agree with our new way of living, especially when we're no longer as available, accessible, or willing to give of ourselves as we once were.
But ultimately, managing your energy is your responsibility. You don't need everyone to understand your boundaries for them to be necessary. You have to be willing to honor the life you're building, even when it requires changing the way you show up for others.
It's time to stop giving from an empty place and start living with greater intention.
✨ In this episode, we discuss:
The takeaway: You cannot control how others respond to your boundaries, but you can take responsibility for how you manage your own energy.

Sometimes the fastest way to regain clarity is to step away from everything outside of you.
In this episode of Worldly Set, I explore the power of solitude and what happens when we give ourselves the space to reconnect with our own time, energy, and natural flow.
When we constantly surround ourselves with outside opinions, notifications, expectations, and distractions, it can become difficult to hear what is actually happening within us. Solitude gives us the opportunity to process life for ourselves—and sometimes that quiet space can bring clarity much faster than constantly searching for answers outside of ourselves.
Nature reminds us that everything has its own rhythm. The days change. The seasons change. Things grow, fall away, return, and transform in their own time. Yet we live in a world built around instant gratification, where we're constantly encouraged to rush, consume, achieve, and immediately move on to the next thing.
Getting back into nature can help reconnect us with something we often forget: life doesn't operate on our timeline.
And neither does our journey.
There will be parts of life that we simply don't understand yet. There may be moments when the path ahead feels unclear, or when we can't see how everything is going to come together. But that doesn't mean we're lost.
Sometimes, you simply have to keep walking.
With each step, the path reveals a little more.
Our desires are already within us. We don't have to force every detail of the journey into existence right now. And even when we eventually experience those desires in our physical reality, they don't suddenly become the end of the story—they become another part of the process.
Slow down. Get quiet. Get outside. Return to yourself. Keep walking.
Your clarity may be closer than you think.

What if the thing standing between you and your desires isn’t the desire itself—but what you’re still holding onto?
Sometimes we’re ready to receive something new, but we’re still carrying old pain, past experiences, disappointment, resentment, guilt, or regret. And before we can fully step into a new version of ourselves, we have to create space for it.
In this video, we’re talking about **letting go, clearing blockages, and the transformative power of forgiveness**—especially the forgiveness we give to ourselves.
Forgiving yourself doesn’t mean what happened didn’t matter. It means you’re choosing not to allow the past to continue defining your present.
When you release what you’ve been carrying, your affirmations can begin to feel different. Instead of simply saying the words, you can begin to **feel them on a deeper level**. You begin to recognize that you are becoming more aligned, more open, and more in the flow.
And being in the flow isn’t just about what you think. It’s also about what you consume and how you live.
Create a **lifestyle diet** that nourishes you holistically—your thoughts, your words, your relationships, your environment, your body, and the things you allow into your energy. What are you consuming every day that is building you? And what are you consuming that may be keeping you stuck?
Your life is an ecosystem. Be intentional about what you feed it.
Your desires don’t always require more effort from you. Sometimes they require **less resistance.****You are worthy of receiving. You are worthy of becoming. You are worthy of the life you desire.**

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is **PAUSE.**
In this video, I’m talking about trusting the process, embracing silence, and recognizing when life is asking you to stop forcing, chasing, fixing, or figuring everything out.
There are moments when your desires don’t need more effort from you—they need **space**. When things start to feel like they’re glitching, plans aren’t flowing, communication feels off, or everything seems unnecessarily complicated, sometimes the best move is to pause before you crash out.
A pause isn’t giving up. Silence isn’t failure. Stillness isn’t stagnation.
Sometimes, it’s simply allowing life to recalibrate without interfering with the process.
In this episode, we’re talking about:
✨ Trusting the process even when you can’t see the outcome
✨ Knowing when to stop pushing and start observing
✨ Embracing silence instead of immediately reacting
✨ Giving your desires room to unfold
✨ Recognizing when life starts to “glitch”
✨ Protecting your peace before you crash out
✨ Understanding that doing nothing can sometimes be the most aligned move
You don't have to respond to everything. You don't have to fix everything. You don't have to chase what already belongs to you.
**PAUSE. Breathe. Observe. Let things reveal themselves.**
Your desires need nothing from you right now.

Sometimes we share parts of our lives prematurely because we genuinely want to connect with other people, feel understood, or celebrate what we're creating. But I've been learning that not everything needs to be shared before it has had the opportunity to grow.
In this vlog, I talk about protecting our personal lives and the energy surrounding the things we're building. When we share too early, we can unintentionally invite outside perspectives, past experiences, fears, and opinions into something that is still developing. Even when those opinions come from a good place, they can sometimes influence our energy and cause us to question something that originally felt right to us.
Creating a safe space for the people, relationships, goals, and experiences we're building means being intentional about what we share, who we share it with, and when we allow outside perspectives into our lives.
Sometimes protecting your energy isn't about shutting people out—it's about giving yourself enough space to hear your own voice first.
This is a reminder to move with intention, protect what's meaningful to you, and allow the things you're creating to become grounded before inviting the world into them. 🌿

Sometimes the connections we're looking for aren't waiting for us in our own backyard.
In this episode, I sit outside at the park with a cup of tea and reflect on remaining open to platonic and romantic connections beyond our city, state, or even country. I talk about trusting our bodies, listening to our natural intuition, and allowing our feelings to guide us without forcing an outcome.
We also get into emotional regulation and what I call **“yoking ourselves up”** — giving ourselves permission to pause in the moment when something doesn't feel right, instead of immediately reacting. Sometimes we need space to understand what we're actually feeling and explore where those feelings are coming from.
Because when we take a moment to reflect, we may realize that we've created narratives based on past experiences and unconsciously carried them into present situations that aren't actually the same.
This is a reminder to slow down, let life unfold, release the need to control every outcome, and trust yourself enough to experience what's happening in front of you.
Sit with me, sip some tea, and let's talk about grounded energy. 🌱
