Listen Later

In today's world, most organizations and teams are communicating via conference call or video conference. A number of companies have told me this week that they feel this work-from-home (WFH) situation is affecting their culture. How could collaboration via technology start to impact your culture? In this episode, Bill Kinsey and Scot Fahrenbruch take a closer look at why words are a physical barrier to communication, how they may be impacting your culture, and what you can start to do about it.
