This is spoken poetry. As adults, it can be hard to let go of childhood traumas, especially when we haven't processed them. How can we overcome these things to be more confident in ourselves?

Is it okay to talk to someone who isn't your partner? And what if they say "you're dumb," but in that silly way? You know.
Love, guilt, age gaps and culture shocks are all explored, hoping that we can see people as more than their labels--and keep it that way.

Has someone ever said this to you? Well, they finally said it to me. Dealing with mean people in public is never easy. A lot of the time, how their words make us feel says more about ourselves than it does the other person! This is mostly a vent, but we touch on some ways that a reaction can be stronger than an insult. Check it...

Guess I sure did have a lot to say about Avatar 2, surprisingly. What a pretty (long) movie! And long films call for a long contemplative episode. This rant includes some points of admiration, as well as some critiques and suggestions for future Avatars, because, obviously, I know Jim Cameron like that ;)
And, of course, spoilers abound. Be warned...

Lots of people dream of--and achieve-publishing a book these days. As someone who did a terrible job at publishing my first book, I thought I'd share some of the errors I'd committed. Please don't do what I did! Listen and learn.
