Prior to Margaret's work within the dyslexic community she studied as a HR and training manager. Her company, Malpas Flexible Learning, trained the largest number of HR Managers in the UK and internationally.
She believes the one in seven people in the UK who have a learning disability can, with the right support, propose creative solutions to the many issues we face today as a society; climate change, education, politics and recovering from the pandemic.
