My wife and I have gone to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks several times. When my kids were in high school one of their friends was being treated terribly by his single mother, and one day she decided to make him pay rent or leave and live on the street. He had an afterschool job stocking the shelves at a grocery store at night that paid a small amount of money, (all of which he was saving in order that he might go to college). There is an interesting little book about motivation by John Capozzi entitled: “If you want the rainbow . . . You gotta put up with the rain!” I believe this to be true.
