➡️ Joy is a characteristic of our true nature of where we are from. 

So how do I maintain my joy level? 

Stir up the well of joy in you, 

Keep the conversation open with God all the time and 

thank Him for Him, for your family, for your healthy, for the promise of heaven, etc. 🙌🏻💕🤗

🔹Hope - emotional benefits = healthy emotions

🔹Faith - spiritual eyes 👀 = healthy eyes to see

➡️Joy/ humor/ happiness is disarming to the offense in people. 

It’s is strength against the darkness, depression and disappointment of the world. 💪🏻

➡️ Joy comes from this unhindered relationship with the Father, because of Jesus and empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

His Joy = My Strength
