Today's word of encouragement: it is hard to come to terms with our fickle faith, our lack of devotion to Christ. It can, and should, cause a sense of dread in us. But remember, where we are faithless, God remains faithful.

Today's word of encouragement: The person who struggles with sin; the person who hasn’t made quite as much progress as you had hoped; the person who keeps struggling with anger, lust, frustration, laziness, bitterness, jealousy. That person is dead. And by faith, in Christ, there is a new you. One who Christ is totally satisfied with on account His work, not yours.

Today's word of encouragement: If Peter fell, I will likewise fall. But he rose again (and again and again). I will also rise again because of Christ.

Today's word of encouragement: The gospel unifies that which seems beyond repair. And just because you can’t see it, can't feel it, doesn’t mean it isn’t real.

Today's word of encouragement today: there is nothing you need to attach to the good news. That is why it is good news. Because your work ends, where Christ’s work was finished.

Today's word of encouragement: The gospel is of infinite value and worth. It can unify even the most divided.

Today's word of encouragement: Don’t beat yourself up for moving away from the gospel. As we fight this flesh vs. spirit battle, that is normative. But be encouraged, for happy are the students of Jesus when they are given the blessed and comforting doctrine of the Gospel.

Today's word of encouragement: You can trust in the gospel because it is from God, not man. It is true, it happened. And because of this, you can liberally share the good news with those around you knowing that ultimately, it is God who reveals the Kingdom of God to them.

Today's word of encouragement: You don’t need to move to anything else to know your secure in Christ. You can sit and rest in the gospel.
