Positive vulnerability is the willingness to be open and authentic by acknowledging one’s reality, faults, flaws, and failures, and showing emotional self-acceptance. It also means allowing oneself to be emotionally exposed with trusted individuals and with others when necessary. This fosters deeper connections, builds trust, and promotes personal growth.----more----
We don't need to hide our fear & frustrations inside, we can be vulnerable opening it up with God, trusted individuals and even with other, as needed. If we think we can handle it ourselves, God stops interfering and we lose the divine care that's needed. If we don't become vulnerable to glorify God through our testimonies, we lose our future blessings. Being vulnerable is essential in marriage as it creates closer, deeper, and more authentic bond among partners. Each couple must create a safe space where one can become vulnerable and openly share.
