There are classic stories of disruption, you have Amazon, Apple, Uber, Facebook, etc... Today we will talk about one of the classics, the blockbuster of disruption stories... Was it Netflix that brought Blockbuster down? Was it Redbox? Was it the DVD? Or was it Blockbuster that disrupted Blockbuster, or more accurately, did they leave the door open for others to disrupt?

Today we sit down with Dustin Engel who was the Manager of Online Marketing and Business Development from the key years of 2004 and 2005 at blockbuster. Which were some of the most dramatic years, when everything changed for Blockbuster.
