If you have-that makes you one hell of a survivor, because survivors don't back out of things when they start getting difficult, they fight even harder! Each one of us has a survivor inside us and that's why we bring you a story of a survivor who fought against a system that failed her from the very beginning. Words Within You brings you the story of Jasmine Moosa! Listen closely, because some stories inspire us in astounding ways- and this is definitely one of them!

Our thoughts are strange: they can break us or make us, we can be stongly mental or mentally strong, we can have hopeless end or endless hope! Don't worry, it's not what you think it is. We know about the importance of Mental & Physical health but most of the times, we fail to understand the association between the two. Mental health and Physical health are very closely connected. Mental health plays a major role in our ability to maintain good Physical health. So on Words Within You, we have Aayushi helping us realise this strong connection between them!

Due to the covid pandemic, each one of us has faced a challenge we never thought would come our way. During these difficult and changing times, let's see how an eighteen year old, Nishtha Bhavsar from Tanzania, was forced to make some life-changing decisions and how they changed her in words beyond our imagination. These might be just words for us, but there's a story written and spoken between them!

One School, Million Memories! Out of all the memories of our childhood, the best were from when we were in school. Don’t you agree? School memories never disappear. They become the most memorable part of our lives. So this Saturday, on Words Within You, we’re inviting our fellow classmate, Anshika Singh, from our previous school, Swaminarayan Vidyapith to share her sweet memories with us. Let’s go back to the time when days were simpler and life was happier!

But sometimes, we lose those same people without even getting a chance to thank them for what they did for us. Losing someone close to us is never easy, but more often than not, there’s nothing we can do about it.
