What began as an ongoing conversation between friends, has become a podcast to help women achieve their full potential in health and wellness, through both the physical and spiritual aspects of healthy living. Friendship, the Word and a lot of experience come together as Dana and Kim discuss how to live well, finish strong and glorify God in it all - bringing other women along for the ride. They lost 100 pounds each, have found joy in the journey, and want to share it with others!
