Studies show that the ability to explain, listen and empathize can have a profound effect on biological and functional health outcomes as well as patient satisfaction and experience of care. Further, communication among healthcare team members influences the quality of working relationships, job satisfaction and has a profound impact on patient.

I Currently have created new curriculum for Medical Assisting that contains a comprehensive syllabi to work along with LWW 's lesson plans. I fully have created school catalog, employee handbook and instructor manual for Pro med Career Institute. Currently working on enhancing student understanding of the PDR physician desk reference book by creating an educational guide to understanding the use of the reference book for Medical Assistants and General medical personnel.
